Alex turned four on the 24th. My baby is four. Still hard to swallow. Seems like yesterday he was just born. His best friend and girlfriend, McKenzie turned four yesterday. They are in the same class at The Weekday Learning Center . Alex and Kiki (his nickname for her) got to wear their birthday crowns to chapel yesterday. Ms. Beth and the whole school sang happy birthday to them. They were so happy!!! Matthew and I stayed to watch. It was really cute.

Back Home

I am home from my trip to D.C. We had a great time. Despite the bone chilling 20 degree weather, it was great seeing my sister. I wish we could have stayed longer. There is just to much to see and do in that town. Plus I wasn't ready to leave the sister yet. I miss her already. I will post some of the pics I took soon. I got some great ones. The boys did well on the plane. Thank goodness. Matt got a certificate from the flight attendant for being his first flight on the way up there. I think it is so funny the stares you get when you travel with kids. Some people act so silly because they see that a child is going to be on the plane with them. I think grown-ups act worse than kids sometimes. Really. The ones that frown and stare are probably the ones that were the criers and whiners when they were kids on a plane.

Super Bowl with Super Friends

I must say. I have super friends. We pretty much only see each other (some of us) at our annual Super Bowl party and at our kids birthday parties but, we always pick up where we left off. It is nice. It is so great to see them. I wish it was more often. But we get that we can't. And our kids. Also, super. They all get along and like each other and too pick up where they left off. Love it. Love them. The game. Who won? And Prince. So so. Purple Rain in the rain. I was having so much fun being with our friends and family to even notice! Gotta pack for D.C. now.

Thirty Something on Groundhog Day!

I want to wish my partner in crime, Sandi , a very HAPPY BIRTHDAY!! She is really thirty something, though she tells everyone she is 29. So, if you ask her she is 29 for the 5th time. Ha. You wish girlfriend!!! Here's to you! I hope you have a great day!

My Own South Park Character

For fun I wanted to see what I would look like if I were a character on South Park . So, I created my very own character to look just like me. If you have a few seconds. Cause that is all it took. Have a little fun and see what you can create.
