Back Home

I am home from my trip to D.C. We had a great time. Despite the bone chilling 20 degree weather, it was great seeing my sister. I wish we could have stayed longer. There is just to much to see and do in that town. Plus I wasn't ready to leave the sister yet. I miss her already. I will post some of the pics I took soon. I got some great ones.

The boys did well on the plane. Thank goodness. Matt got a certificate from the flight attendant for being his first flight on the way up there. I think it is so funny the stares you get when you travel with kids. Some people act so silly because they see that a child is going to be on the plane with them. I think grown-ups act worse than kids sometimes. Really. The ones that frown and stare are probably the ones that were the criers and whiners when they were kids on a plane.

Disney Double Stroller Duo: That's How They Rolled!

Saw It On Pinterest

Its been a while since my last post. Fail. I love to blog. I don't why I don't just sit and do it. Even if its just for me. Its nice to look back. Like a diary or photo album. ANYWAY. Before Christmas, I saw this super cute idea on Pinterest. Wrapping your kids door with crepe paper. They can bust through it. You can do this for Christmas or their birthdays, too. We did it for Christmas!! It was super fun!! I waited until they were sound asleep and went up and wrapped their door ways with crepe paper in Christmas colors. Christmas morning they busted through it to come and see what Santa brought them. They thought it was so much fun!! I will do it again this year. It might also be fun to do for the last day of school or the first day of summer and or the first day of school. Ideas are endless. Thanks, Pinterest!!
