Day 2

So. It's day 2 of 2012. Whatcha think so far? Its same stuff different year for me. Lol. Not much has changed. Of course I shouldn't judge after just 2 days. This year I hope to just take it one day at a time. Try and not sweat the small stuff. And get what I can get done when I can get it done. With lots of deep breaths, I am ready for whatever the days bring.

One thing I am not ready for is my boys going back to school. I miss them already. I LOVE having them home with me!! And I know they love being home! It's been a great break! We've had fun! It's been low key. I've loved it. Love my boys. 151 days til' summer! But who's counting? Ha.

For those of you "going back" tomorrow, have a great week! Its a short one. Yay!

Saw It On Pinterest

Its been a while since my last post. Fail. I love to blog. I don't why I don't just sit and do it. Even if its just for me. Its nice to look back. Like a diary or photo album. ANYWAY. Before Christmas, I saw this super cute idea on Pinterest. Wrapping your kids door with crepe paper. They can bust through it. You can do this for Christmas or their birthdays, too. We did it for Christmas!! It was super fun!! I waited until they were sound asleep and went up and wrapped their door ways with crepe paper in Christmas colors. Christmas morning they busted through it to come and see what Santa brought them. They thought it was so much fun!! I will do it again this year. It might also be fun to do for the last day of school or the first day of summer and or the first day of school. Ideas are endless. Thanks, Pinterest!!
